The interaction experience with the service center manager was good, my bike developed issues while I was touring and basically I was stuck 50 kms short of Goa, had to get it towed the next day, tow vehicle unfortunately took very long time to arrive (came in 2nd half of the day) so I was simply waiting for it even though I requested service manager to send it as soon as possible. Service experience was also not the best as they took my bike at 11 am in the morning and only returned it at around 6:30 in the evening. The service/repair done was not upto the mark as my bike again stopped working about 200 kms from Goa towards Pune, and I had to visit Kolhapur jawa yezdi service center. Humble request, pls check bike thoroughly when some one who is touring comes to your workshop for the repairs....Anyway, thanks for your support on that given day. Regards, Amrinder

Jawa Showroom Experience.
One of the better Jawa showrooms with every model on display. Someting you don't see at their Mumbai showroom. The showroom is clean with good natural light.
The showroom is close to Panjim and in a prime location. (In comparison the Mumbai -Bandra showroom is arguably the worst.)
What impressed me most was the staff - helpful, courteous, great product knowledge and most importantly attentive to customers needs/requirements.
Royal Enfield could take a few tips from Jawa Goa.
The 350-650cc segment is getting interesting with a shift from a sellers market to a buyers market. Quality, fit and finish, pricing, performance, after sales service, ease of maintenance, cost of ownership etc are some considerations to factor in.
Jawa has its work cut out. The dealer is largely dependent on the manufacturer and hopefully Jawa will not just 'survive' but flourish.

Though I was not satisfied with test ride since Test ride bike had too many problems but Brian who came with the bike did explain me the features of the bike in details which was appreciated, he was kind enough to accept the condition of test ride bike...He assured me that the bike which will be sold to me will come with much better feature & performance...

Excellent service by Dhivyesh at the service centre. We hope the service centre operations expand and we see more Jawa/ Yezdi's on the road.
Note: Jawa/ Yezdi and the competition are apples and oranges and one needs to understand their riding needs before making the purchase decsion. :)
