Jawa Yezdi BSA Motorcycles - Shakti Automobiles, Baner, pune

Good costumer experience

Good service

The overall experience was positive, especially the sales team's eagerness to help. Just thought the paperwork for the booking process could be simplified a tad to save time.

The whole process from choosing to booking felt quite efficient and quick. Could have used a bit more clarity on the different insurance packages available right upfront.

Delivery of my new bike was on time and the handover was professional, which I appreciated a lot. The only thing that could have been better was clearer communication regarding the available accessories stock.

Best service given by Ganesh sir, thank you Shakti Automobiles
