Had a really great experience with Saran Classics, Vallioor. I initially came across their Instagram page, where they had posted a reel about spare parts availability and courier services. I contacted them through Instagram regarding the RH silencer for my Jawa 42 2.1, and they were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. They promptly shared all the required details, including pricing, and later contacted me through WhatsApp to share pictures of the exhaust. Once everything was confirmed, they generated the bill and arranged courier delivery to my address in Vellore. The entire process, from enquiry to delivery, was smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate their excellent customer support, quick responses, transparency, and willingness to help customers even from another city. Special thanks to the Saran Classics team for making spare parts purchasing so convenient. Highly recommended for Jawa owners looking for genuine spare parts and reliable service! Keep up the great work ❤️

I came to know about their website and showroom through their Instagram page. I had searched everywhere for spare parts for my Jawa 42 Bobber, but I couldn’t find them anywhere. That’s when I discovered them through Instagram. Initially, I was a little doubtful about whether I should buy from them or not, so I made a few enquiries to check whether they were genuine. After learning that they were trustworthy and regularly supplying spare parts to customers, I decided to contact them. I explained what parts I needed and asked whether they could arrange everything and courier the items to me. They treated me in such a friendly way, just like a good friend. They patiently listened to my requirements, understood exactly what I needed, arranged all the necessary parts, and sent them to me by courier. What I genuinely appreciate about them is the way they treat their customers. They are friendly, understand our needs, and are always ready to help whenever we need assistance. Their customer service and willingness to help are what I like most about them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really a pleasure to visit M/s Saran Classics, an authorised dealer and service centre for Jawa and Yezdi. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and professional. One of the best things is that genuine spare parts were readily available, which is something many other service centres often don’t have. The overall experience was very smooth and satisfying. Highly recommended for Jawa and Yezdi owners! 👍
