Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles - Jaiswal Motors Pvt Ltd, Ushagram, bardhaman

A truly overwhelming experience with this showroom! I first visited in June and have taken test rides of more than four bikes, asked countless questions, and even contacted them at odd hours. Yet, the team has always been patient, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Vineet sir for always assisting me, and to Arka da for being so humble, jolly, and helpful. A special mention to the front-office ma’am as well. I sincerely apologize that I’ve forgotten her name, but she was extremely courteous and assisted me very well throughout. I’m genuinely impressed by their technical knowledge. Being an Automobile Engineer and working in the four-wheeler industry myself, I can confidently say their expertise is excellent. 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Amazing Staff! Yesterday, I visited the Jawa showroom for my bike’s service and repairs, and I had a really great experience. The staff’s behaviour was very professional, friendly, and helpful. They worked very hard on my bike and made sure that every problem was properly checked and resolved. A special thanks to Nazeer Abbas bhaiya He is genuinely such a fantastic person and an extremely hardworking professional. I had travelled around 120 km from Jharkhand to get my bike serviced, and he put in a lot of effort to solve all the issues with my bike. After the service, all the problems were resolved. What I appreciated the most was that he patiently explained every issue and repair to me in detail. His behaviour, dedication, and willingness to help were truly impressive. Thank you, Nazeer abbas Bhaiya, for taking such good care of my bike and putting in so much effort. People like you make the service experience memorable. Highly recommended! Fantastic service, hardworking staff, and excellent customer experience. 👏

Just got my new Jawa from Jaiswal Motors and I can't stop smiling! The staff were super chill and really took the time to explain all the features to me. Plus, test riding the bike was such a blast - it felt amazing to finally own this piece of beauty. Honestly, they know their stuff when it comes to customer service!

Best showroom and services in Asansol.. Very cooperative staff...well trained service provider... fully satisfied with their services..

I have a Jawa 42 which I bought in 2021, and till today I have never had any issues with the bike or its service. Here, the owner speaks very clearly and directly, and the staff communicates very politely. Many facilities are provided. I also have a Royal Enfield, but in terms of service, Jawa Asansol is number one. The owner is always present at the showroom and deals with customers very lovingly. I did not buy the bike by looking at the brand, but by looking at the owner.

I have many bikes and have seen many service centers, but Asansol Jaiswal Motors is a very good service center. I think it’s the best service center in all of India. Here, customers are spoken to very nicely, and the owner’s behavior is also excellent — he personally looks after the customers and listens to their problems. Let me tell you, you should see it for yourself — the work here is very neat and clean.
