I have a Jawa 42 which I bought in 2021, and till today I have never had any issues with the bike or its service. Here, the owner speaks very clearly and directly, and the staff communicates very politely. Many facilities are provided. I also have a Royal Enfield, but in terms of service, Jawa Asansol is number one. The owner is always present at the showroom and deals with customers very lovingly. I did not buy the bike by looking at the brand, but by looking at the owner.

I have many bikes and have seen many service centers, but Asansol Jaiswal Motors is a very good service center. I think it’s the best service center in all of India. Here, customers are spoken to very nicely, and the owner’s behavior is also excellent — he personally looks after the customers and listens to their problems. Let me tell you, you should see it for yourself — the work here is very neat and clean.
