Good service

Great 👍🏻 very nice vvv most beautiful

Staff are good and friendly. But the dealership itself is kinda underwhelming and now located on the first floor. The original one on the ground floor was such a beautiful one with all bikes properly on display.

I recently to took Bsa scarmbler 650 from this showroom and it was a wonderful. Since its a brand new addition date of arrival was 10days after booking but they made sure it came within 5days. Especially prathibha and team was helping me and connected with me althrough the delivery process. Thank you so much BMW team.

I would like to sincerely thank Shekhar for the excellent service provided during my bike purchase. From the moment I visited the showroom, Shekhar was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He patiently explained all the bike features, financing options, and answered every question with clarity. He made the entire purchasing process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. What impressed me most was his commitment to customer satisfaction. He was always available to assist, kept me informed throughout the process, ensured timely delivery, and explained all the necessary details during the vehicle handover. His positive attitude, honesty, and attention to detail made my buying experience truly memorable. I am extremely happy with my new bike and the outstanding service provided by Shekhar. He is a valuable asset to the team, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Shekhar, for making this a wonderful experience!”

While my ownership experience had some challenges later (are explained below), About SAFINA MOTORS, BENGALURU: I would appreciate the initial purchase experience (YEZDI ADVENTURE 2024 MODEL) on mid October 2024 at Jawa Yezdi BSA Motorcycles - Safina Motors, Bengaluru. The sales executives were welcoming, supportive, and maintained good hospitality during booking and delivery. The showroom team handled customer interaction professionally. 5 STAR for SAFINA MOTORS, BENGALURU

I recently got my Jawa 42 serviced, and the overall experience was quite satisfactory. The service team seemed familiar with the bike and handled it professionally. They clearly explained the issues beforehand and suggested the necessary work without pushing for unnecessary extras. After the service, the bike feels noticeably smoother—especially the engine refinement and pickup. The braking and clutch response have also improved, making the ride much more comfortable. The service was completed on time, and the pricing was mostly reasonable for a Jawa. However, a more detailed explanation of the bill would have been helpful. Also, better updates during the servicing process would improve the experience further. Overall, I’m happy with the service quality and would recommend it to other Jawa owners.

Opposite to Turnbridge school

I had Lost my Tool kit and the bike broke down as itbwas not used for long. I called the local Mechanic he required different tools to open spark plug. I went to this place and explained the situation. Head Mechanic immediately helped me with a tool. Very curtious people.

Fast and reliable service works, very helpful considering the fast paced bangalore life
