Good service and good knowledge of bike and supportive staff

I recently purchased my bike from Ratnaprabha Yezdi, and the entire experience was absolutely flawless. Right from the first day I walked into the showroom, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. A major highlight of my experience was the seamless delivery process. The bike was prepared, polished, and delivered exactly on time, precisely as discussed during the booking. In an industry where delivery delays are common, their punctuality was a refreshing and welcome surprise. I want to extend a special thanks to the entire showroom staff for their warm hospitality, and a massive shout-out to Purshotam amd Kiran. They were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through the detailed technical specifications of the bike to ensure it was the perfect fit for me. Not only did he clear all my doubts, but he also went the extra mile to secure the absolute best deal possible, making the purchase smooth and financially transparent. Furthermore, their commitment to the customer doesn't end when you ride out of the showroom. Ratnaprabha Yezdi is well-known for providing the best after-sales service in the region. Their service team is prompt, attentive, and genuinely invested in keeping the machine in top-notch condition. If you are looking to bring home a Yezdi, I highly recommend visiting Ratnaprabha Yezdi. Ask for Purshotam and Kiran—you will be in excellent hands! Highly recommended.
