The technicians did a thorough maintenance check, including chain adjustment, brake inspection, and overall performance review, which noticeably improved the riding experience. Visited the showroom recently and was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality and professionalism. The sales executive who assisted me had excellent product knowledge and great communication skills. Instead of rushing me through a generic pitch, they shared all the minor details about the bike’s performance, maintenance, and delivery timelines. They answered every single question I had with a lot of patience. It’s rare to find a showroom that feels this transparent and customer-centric nowadays. Kudos to the team!
