Had a good overall experience purchasing my Jawa Perak from RK Motocult. Kishore was very helpful throughout the buying process, making everything smooth and hassle-free, and special thanks to him for arranging the accessories as complimentary. Nouman ensured the loan process was quick and efficient, and Mahesh went the extra mile by arranging a doorstep delivery, which made it a special surprise for my dad. Shehzad also captured the delivery beautifully with a great video. My TR number was also provided without much delay, which was appreciated.
While the experience was largely positive, I feel there’s a bit of room for improvement in terms of pre-delivery checks and overall communication for an even more seamless experience.
That said, I’m happy with how everything came together and appreciate the team’s efforts.
