I got a bike from the RK motocult 21/01/2026 everything is good, but celebration's they not doing, and couple of things they has to be change, they have only black colour cloth only please try to change the it to Red colour, because for suppose anyone bought a black colour bike what you guy's will do at that time, so that's why I am requesting you please change the colour, they are doing receiving very nice. I recently brought my bike to the Jawa Moto Cult Yezdi showroom in Banjara hills for its third service, along with major handle bend and wheel bend issues.
Previously, the bike had a serious problem when turning that made me feel unsafe, as if I might fall down.
At the showroom, I met SHIVA ANNA (Store Incharge)SYAM ANNA (Senior Technician), who treated me like a brother and Shiva anna referred me to the senior technician, Syam Anna. I left my bike with them for almost 12 days, and I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and effort.
SYAM ANNA never compromised on the quality of the work. When the initial fix wasn't good enough after three days, he insisted on redoing it until it was perfect.
He approached the repair as if the bike were his own, ensuring every single issue was completely resolved. For my peace of mind and satisfaction, he even sent me pictures on WhatsApp of every part he changed. This honesty and transparency were very impressive.
The customer experience executive, Kishore, was also very helpful throughout the process.
Thanks to SYAM Anna's dedication over those 12 days, all the major issues are now cleared, and my bike is in excellent condition—super good and ready for a safe ride.
Thank you so much to Syam Anna for his exceptional skills and effort, and to Shiva Anna for the excellent reference. These three people provided a wonderful, family-like experience for me.
