My bike wouldn't start and the staff had not yet returned from their Deepavali vacation. The owner pocket my call, confirmed that I was outside the service centre using CCTV, got the vehicle parked overnight, prioritised my bike the next morning (found a mechanic willing to work on his day off). I was able to get back on the highway. This couldn't have been resolved by am unauthorised service centre.
From the benign cleaning lady who gave me the owner's number to the owner and the mechanic and the Supervisor, everybody was awesome. My gratitude to this place.
