I had a generally good experience at your showroom. The staff provided all the necessary information about the bike, loan finance options, and the first free service, which I appreciate.
However, I'd like to point out a couple of suggestions. My first free service is scheduled at 1000 km or one month from the receipt date (March 2, 2026), but I actually took delivery on February 21, 2026. It's nearly impossible to clock 1000 km in just 11 days, so the one-month period should ideally start from the actual delivery date of February 21, 2026.
Additionally, on delivery day, I arrived at 2:30 PM and didn't leave until 6:15-6:30 PM due to the time taken for fitting accessories like the leg guard, backrest, and number plate—these could be pre-attached a day earlier. It also took time for my three pending payment receipts, which could have been prepared in advance to reduce the wait.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I look forward to enjoying my new bike!

Most showrooms are well-designed with a premium "lifestyle" vibe. Sales staff are usually helpful with test rides, though some users report strictly timed test rides in high-traffic metro areas. Staff behavior is very good.
