I recently visited the Jawa showroom at Nalstop, Pune, and had a great experience. The sales executive, Mukul Raut, welcomed me with a warm smile and even offered me tea/coffee – a gesture that showed excellent hospitality.
He first introduced me to the Jawa Roadster, giving me detailed information about the bike and even demonstrating how to remove the pillion rider seat – something I really appreciated. He then walked me through the Jawa Classic 350 with equal detail and also explained about the Jawa 42.
What impressed me the most was how he gave a clear comparison of all bikes along with their prices, making it easy to understand the differences and choose accordingly.
I must say, this young executive Mukul Raut has great potential – knowledgeable, humble, and customer-friendly. I would strongly recommend all potential buyers to visit this showroom and experience his hospitality and guidance.
I’m giving 4 stars, not for the showroom itself, but for the outstanding experience provided by Mukul Raut. A big thumbs up to him! 👍
