I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience deserves one. In January, I met with an accident on my Jawa Bobber. The insurance company had clearly mentioned that the chassis was bent, but the previous authorised service centre that repaired my bike failed to fix it even after the insurance claim covered the repair. I got the bike back in March and continued facing issues because the chassis was still bent. A few days ago, I had to brake suddenly, and because of the bent chassis, the front tyre moved back and hit the radiator, damaging it. That’s when I brought my bike to Jawa Yezdi Nal Stop. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly supportive and understanding. They thoroughly inspected the motorcycle, identified the issue, and guided me through the entire process. Most importantly, they replaced my chassis free of cost and made sure the bike was repaired the right way. The difference in professionalism and customer care was night and day.
