So, I had been to the Chandigarh Yezdi Jawa Tanishq Service Center again today. The last time I visited was back in 2023 during the Ladakh ride. I saw Balwander Singh ji again in the service center and I knew that whatever the issue was he will resolve it. I had exceptional experience then back in 2023. Today again I had a similar experience. The team did a fantastic job to resolve the issue. We need senior engineers like Balwinder Singh ji to look after the service thing for Yezdi Jawa.. We all know that is the pain point of this brand and they are still hiring amateur engineers without much experience to supervise the service which ultimate has led to the kind of negative feedbacks from the motorcycle owners. @yezdi jawa management team, if you want to improve think about it. And secondly India me jo dikhta he wahi bikta he. It's been 3.5 years since I own the Yezdi Adventure 2023 fully loaded and people still ask me which bike is this. If this is going to continue I doubt Yezdi Jawa could sustain. Brands like Bajaj, Honda, Suzuki, KTM, TVS are doing so well.. and if you continue to not address it. You will become obsolete, sorry today say but that is what is going to happen. If you need any help I can volunteer to provide extra ordinary service, ownership and marketing experience.
