Visited the Jawa showroom recently with my friends to check out a few bikes and go for a test ride. The customer service was genuinely very good, the staff were polite, patient and explained everything clearly without any pressure.
We had initially gone to test ride the BSA Goldstar 650 since my dad is interested in it. As he wasn’t present that day, they politely declined the test ride for that model, which is completely understandable and appreciated from a responsibility point of view.
They instead offered me a test ride of the Jawa 42 FJ and my friend got to ride the Jawa 42 Bobber. The entire process was smooth and well managed.
Overall, a very professional and positive experience. Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re considering a Jawa or BSA or Yezdi 👍🏼
