I recently visited Jawa Yezdi BSA Motorcycles - Bindubala Trading Pvt Ltd for a test ride, and I must say the experience was excellent from start to finish. The showroom has reopened under new ownership, and the improvements are clearly visible in both the ambience and the customer service.
A special mention goes to Indrajit Manna, whose behavior was exceptionally professional and courteous. He was patient in answering all my queries, gave detailed explanations about the models, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. His customer-first attitude added great value to the overall experience.
The showroom itself is well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is attentive, and there's a noticeable enthusiasm for the brand and its heritage. The test ride was smooth and well-coordinated, giving me a real feel of the bike’s performance.
