Jawa Yezdi BSA Motorcycles - Yuvraj Motors, Panch Pakhadi, thane

Very disappointing experience with the bike and the service support. The gear shifting is extremely stiff and uncomfortable, which I reported to the executive. Instead of properly addressing the issue, I was simply told that there is “no problem” and asked to visit the service center. For a new bike, I expected much better quality and customer support. If the customer is reporting a clear issue with gear shifting, it should be properly inspected rather than dismissed. Very poor after sales service and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service experience to others.

Recommended dealership.
