Had a very challenging experience with my Extended Warranty Claim for my JAWA Perak's speedometer replacement, which was initially rejected by Corporate Warranties India Pvt. Ltd. citing service gap reasons.
I must say, the team at Veeraguru Motors, Belgaum stepped in swiftly and went above and beyond to help resolve this issue. Despite the difficulties caused by the lack of an authorized dealership in Belgaum for a long period, they took my complaint seriously, responded promptly, and took strong action to push my claim through with JAWA.
Their support, communication, and dedication to resolving the matter was commendable. It is rare to see a dealership genuinely stand by its customers even in tough situations. Thanks to their swift intervention, my warranty claim was approved and the speedometer replacement is replaced

1. I handed over my Jawa motorcycle at the Belagavi showroom for the following issues: ECU error, headlight not working, and bike not starting on self-start.
2. The bike was kept for 3 days. During this time, the technicians replaced the Rectifier and Stator Assembly — charging me ₹9,600 — WITHOUT diagnosing or resolving the root cause (wiring issue), ECU error, or headlight issue.
3. They have agreed to replace reactifier.
4. When I asked about the headlight, they admitted they did not have the part in stock. I informed them I was traveling to Hubli and asked if I could get the headlight replaced there. They confirmed the wiring was fine and gave me a go-ahead.
5. They also confirmed I could get the ECU error removed at the Hubli showroom as they had the required diagnostic device.
6. Upon reaching Hubli, the technician there inspected the bike and found that the wiring was BURNED — directly contradicting what the Belagavi team had told me.
7. Owner son said will try to give discount they later upon call said we cant give any discount. As you can deal this with my father.
**Key Questions That Demand an Answer:**
- How did the Belagavi service center replace the Rectifier and Stator Assembly WITHOUT identifying a burned wiring issue that is the root cause?
- How did they clear the bike as roadworthy and send me for a long-distance ride with a burned wiring harness — which is a serious safety hazard?
- Why was I charged ₹9,600 for parts that did not solve any of the stated problems?
**My Demands:**
1. Full refund of ₹9,600 paid to Belagavi service center for parts replaced without resolving the issue.
2. Jawa to bear the cost of wiring repair at Hubli (approx. ₹10,000) as it is a direct result of Belagavi's negligent misdiagnosis.
3. Free rectification of the ECU error as originally reported.
The customer service was described as excellent.
Staff were as friendly, polite, and helpful.
The overall experience was comfortable and handled smoothly.
The business is highly recommended for its professionalism.

Got my [Yezdi adv] serviced here and I’m really impressed. The team is professional, Mr. Bahubali (technician) and Mr. Sandeep (Service Manager) explained the issues clearly, and didn’t push unnecessary repairs. Bike feels smooth, pickup has improved. Billing was transparent with proper invoice. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I recently rode the Yezdi Adventure. The bike feels powerful and comfortable for long rides. Suspension is good and it handles rough roads well. Overall, it’s a great adventure bike with good performance.
