I have been regularly servicing my bike(JAWA 42 FJ ) here for the past one year...
Previously,,, I had posted a negative review due to a long delay in replacing my bike chain, as there was no proper response for nearly three months. I sincerely regret the earlier comment.
After my feedback was escalated through Jawa Care, the "Service Center Manager " contacted me, understood the issue clearly and ensured that the problem was resolved within three days.
My sincere thanks to "Service Center Manger" and "Sales Manager" for the coordination and follow-up and Special appreciation to the technician ( Michael), who genuinely guided me and provided helpful suggestions on proper bike care.
