Overall, I had a good service experience. A special mention must go to the senior/lead service advisor (the big gentleman)—he was remarkably patient, polite, and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my bike. The workshop team does good work. My only concern is spare parts availability from Yezdi. The supply chain seems quite slow; critical components like the lambda and TP sensors take far too long to arrive. If Yezdi can streamline parts distribution, the ownership experience would be significantly better."

Had an exceptional experience with the team at Singasandra Service Center. The entire maintenance process was smooth, timely, and handled with utmost professionalism. A special thanks to Mrs. Uma, Mr. Vignesh for their outstanding customer support and clear communication throughout. My bike feels brand new, and they addressed every concern with great attention to detail. Highly recommend this service center to anyone looking for reliable and transparent care! Other than the technical support the customer interaction especially uma mam ,helped me regarding the parts that required to solve my issue.please continue the same quality of service.
