Appreciate their service but they should have some empathy while billing. When customer asks for some discount (meager 5%), management should have some heart to listen. I was billed 7,700 on 23-05-26 and requested them to reduce 400 rupees. But they didn't budge. Have some heart towards customers because of whom you exist.
