I recently purchased a new Yezdi Roadster, and the service has been excellent. The staff, particularly Atul, has been incredibly supportive.

I only bought it because I loved the bike's looks, its performance. Looking back at my past, I wouldn't have bought it again knowing what i know now. Purchasing experience 2/5: - They don't give shit if you buy or not. Won't explain details. - They completed formalities of PDI by showing the bike 2 days ago, but bike was a lot dirty so i wouldn't have noticed anything anyways - Asked us to take delivery at 10 am but had to wait till 11:30 am. They started washing and all after we went there. - Free accessories: Tshirt, Small helmet - open, Belt Keychains, face mask, bike cover - Bike cover was given to me actually after 2-3 weeks. Also, it was of no use, was just covering 30-40% of bike from top. - I was requesting them to explain the bill, but they were being rude about it. - Most time I experienced that I have took loan from them and didn't pay them back. No delightful experience. Accessories from showroom 2/5: * Backrest for pillion 1500: Useful, cheaper alternatives online * Leg guard 3500: Felt scammed, not at all gives the value, quantity, required leg and bike protection. * fit and finish: 3/5. - There are places where parts are not put well togather, like real suspense, - Rear side reflactor came off somewhere after 2 months. Now it looks odd. Other a lot of places you will see odd even fit finish. - Pillion seat becomes extremely uncomfortable after 10km, especially for women. - Even Rider's seat is not enough cushiony. - Its been 5 months, I am seeing paint coming off on pipe from engine to exhaust * brakes 3.5/5: - strange thing that when ABS is on, real brakes will only engage after you apply fromt breaks. I would give 5 if this issue didn't exist. - apart from above issue, breaks are really good though * engine 3/5: - not smooth and refine. Often times you feel jerks at any speed. - gears are hard, only time will help you get over it. - power is good. probability the best in 350cc segment - Milage: I have got in range of 24 to 28kmpl in Bangalore. PS: As of july, around second service I have started noticing that the engine sound is changed, not in good way. Not sure if its because of Ethanol blending. I notified about the same on second service but they have not fixed it, just said that after oil change it will be okay but its not. * riding 4/5: - It handles high speed well. Stable, gives you a lot of confidence. Riding it high-speed, is my most favourite part about the bike. - Handles potholes well - Low speed and city ride is hard of you are not up for it. Service: * First service: 2600, Second service: 3025 * Showroom folks looks like less trained and knowledgeable * The reflactor came off, finally I got it fixed bit after 5 months on 2nd service. That too, I have asked them if they got in stock, they never bothered to let me know that it was in stock. They charged me for it too. * I am always worried if something happens to bike then it might not be fixed ever as they dont have parts. * I have been asking for wiser since I purchased tye bike, still haven't received it. * They don't have any mechanism to track customer ask/parts/accessories My suggestion: - Only buy it if you really really like it and you are single or ride single. - Would suggest if you are a couple, not to buy the bike. - Biggest red flag is their service experience. - Check the item/accessories before you  buy from showroom. Buy only of you feel satisfactory wrt price

I had an amazing time on the ride organized by the Yezdi team last Sunday. It was a wonderfully planned ride with a great route, smooth coordination, and an energetic atmosphere throughout the journey. The entire team was extremely friendly, supportive, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I bought a bike in January from the Yezdi Showroom Marathahalli branch. The delivery process was very quick, and whenever there were any issues, they fixed them promptly. They also organize bike rides regularly, include customers warmly, and make everyone feel like one family. Pratyusha and Gyan are very friendly and lead the bike rides in a sporty, engaging, and enthusiastic way. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

Yezdi and Jawa bikes are truly impressive in terms of performance and looks. Many people dream of owning one because of their powerful riding experience and stylish design. However, the delivery experience needs improvement, as the current underground delivery setup does not create a good impression for customers. On the other hand, the service centres deserve appreciation for their excellent service and friendly customer interaction. Their support, professionalism, and the way they handle customers are really commendable.

Bike is crazzyy... pickup handeling is crazzy. Servicing is costly and the bike ha some heating issues.
