Jawa Yezdi BSA Motorcycles - Swastik Motor, Nandanam, chennai

I had a fantastic time at the Jawa showroom. The Manager Lakshmikanth was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made the purchasing process easy and comfortable and gave detailed explanations of everything. Extremely satisfied with the bike and the service in general. I would without a doubt suggest this showroom to anyone in need of a Jawa! The showroom experience was fantastic. They ensured that all of my inquiries were addressed, and the delivery procedure went smoothly. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the service and would suggest this showroom without a doubt.

Had a really memorable experience purchasing my Yezdi Adventure Phase II - Falcon Yellow from Swastik Motor, Nandanam. A special thanks to Mr. Lakshmikanth bro and the entire Swastik Motor team for putting in the effort and making my first Yezdi ownership experience a memorable one. He guided me through the process, kept me updated regarding registration and delivery, and made sure the things we discussed were taken care of. Thank you, Swastik Motor!

I recently purchased my Jawa bike from Swatik Motors, Nandanam, and had a really good experience. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, from booking to delivery. The sales team was very friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They were also patient in answering all my questions and made sure the delivery process was comfortable. I’m really happy with the way they handled the overall experience. The bike was delivered in perfect condition and on time. Special thanks to the entire Swatik Motors team for their excellent support and customer service. Definitely a good place to consider if you’re planning to buy a Jawa.

Recently purchased with no idea but had a sooper good support from sales department such an amazing service that this particular sales department have done especially Mr lakshmikhanth who helped me like his brother to get a bike from there by exactly explaining the purpose of our use and the proper suitable bike which suits yeah overall had a good experience with sales department by the grace of almighty God and parent & the team support I've got my first ever gear bike in my family. Yezdi might better look at their service centers and correct them ( only some of the service centers) I've also experiencing good service centers nowadays and modify ( bring) vehicles which can adapt indian roads because some horn issue in midway while driving & replacement that in within just few months are really makes a concern here road adaptation need to be tested and get verified from yezdi side overall a mixed review but 5 star review for this particular shop they just got us a good experience and wonderful guidance from them thank you team

I recently purchased my Jawa 42 FJ from this showroom and had a really good experience from the beginning. The overall process was smooth, and the showroom team was very friendly, helpful, and supportive. I would especially like to mention the manager, Lakshmikanth sir. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything about the bike in detail. He explained how to handle the bike properly, initial riding and RPM, gear shifting, clutch usage, regular maintenance, chain care, washing and cleaning, and many other small things that are important for a new bike owner. Even after the purchase, he was approachable and patiently cleared my doubts whenever I asked. I really appreciate the way he explained things like a friend rather than just completing the sales process. The guidance and support from Lakshmikanth sir gave me a lot of confidence as a new Jawa owner. Overall, I’m very happy with my Jawa purchase and the customer experience at this showroom. Thank you to the entire Jawa team and special thanks to Lakshmikanth sir for the friendly support and detailed guidance. Highly appreciate the service and support! ❤️🏍️

Nice showroom. Explained everything clearly before the bike delivery. Nice bike and showroom

I'm using this bike for one month. So far milleage is good, giving 25 to 30 km I think. And pickup is so nice bike seems little weight because of two silencer but when you drive you don't feel heavy. Also seat is good for couple, lot of space is there. Overall a good bike, when you do long drive, so nice companion. A good choice.

We purchased 3Bikes together (2YEZDI ROADSTER-WOLF RED & 1BOBBER) in Apr-2026. It was an amazing experience with the showroom & the manager Mr.Lakshmikanth treated us very well in a friendly manner. The Service was excellent and he took care of everything n delivered the bikes as per our expectations. Overall the Bike ride experience super awesome😍😍Wherever I am taking my Bike, 60s & 70s uncles are surrounding the bike and enquiring abt the model n features😎😎 Now my Roadstar become Super Star🌟 Thanks to Lakshmikant sir💖🙏🏻All credit goes to him only👏🏻👏🏻

I had a pleasant experience at the Yezdi showroom. Initially, I was hesitant to book the Yezdi Roadster because of the various concerns and discussions I came across online. However, Mr. Lakshmikanth patiently explained everything in detail and clarified all my doubts, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the booking. I truly appreciate his professional approach, patience, and helpful guidance throughout the process. I am now looking forward to enjoying many memorable cruising experiences with my Yezdi Roadster.

I had a really good experience with my new Yezdi Adventure. Fast delivery with number plate. Bike is amazing and the showroom team was very supportive. Highly recommended!

Purchased my Jawa 42 FJ, and unfortunately, I faced a battery issue on the very first day. However, the staff provided very good support and quickly helped resolve the issue. Although the issue was fixed within the next day, the Day 1 experience was not as memorable as I had hoped. I believe a little more caution and thorough pre-delivery inspection could help avoid such issues in the future. Overall, I appreciate the support and responsiveness of the staff. Good customer service and a positive experience with the team. 👍

I’m extremely satisfied with my bike purchase and the overall experience at the showroom. The bike quality, performance, and delivery experience have been excellent. A special appreciation to Mr. Lakshmikanth, the Showroom Manager, for his friendly and professional support.

From answering my questions to helping with the delivery formalities, he made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s genuinely refreshing to meet someone who takes customer experience seriously. The Jawa Perak itself has been an amazing purchase. I’ve ridden my Yezdi Adventure for nearly 3,000 km, and overall, I’m really happy with the bike. The comfort, performance, and riding experience have been great. My only concern is mileage. I don’t think it’s a common issue with the bike, as my friends with Yezdi bikes are getting good mileage. So, I believe it may be specific to my bike. After the first service, I also faced a few sensor-related issues, which was disappointing. However, I’m really happy with the support from Mr. Laxmikanth, the store manager. He stayed in touch, personally followed up, and helped get the issues resolved. He continues to guide me on service and maintenance as well. The team has also assured me that they’ll look into the mileage issue and resolve it soon. Overall, I love riding the Yezdi Adventure. While the service experience could have been smoother, the support from Mr. Laxmikanth has been excellent. I’m looking forward to getting the mileage issue sorted and enjoying many more kilometres on the bike.
