Met Mr. Madhu today to discuss some issues with my new 42FJ, which I purchased in Bangalore. After speaking with him, I felt much more confident and regained trust in the service centre. He was empathetic while listening to the issues I was facing, offered helpful suggestions, and gave me enough assurance that the problem can be inspected and resolved in the coming days. I believe this level of customer service is what other service centres are lacking. I am confident he will provide a resolution that meets my expectations.
