Jawa Yezdi BSA Service Centre - Taj Motors, Kankanady, mangaluru

I recently completed the 2nd service for my Yezdi Roadster at Taj Motor, and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. My bike is registered in Telangana, and unfortunately, my experience with the authorized service center in Hyderabad during the 1st service was disappointing. It felt as though the bike was simply washed and handed back to me, with little attention given to the service requirements—almost as if it was done just to complete the service formality. In contrast, the team at Taj Motor demonstrated professionalism and genuine customer care. A special thanks to Executive Dilip for his professional approach and timely updates throughout the service process. He carefully listened to all my concerns, ensured they were properly documented, and kept me informed about the progress of the work. I would also like to appreciate Service Mechanic Santhosh for the quality of work carried out on my bike. After the service, the bike feels much smoother to ride, and all the issues I had reported were addressed efficiently. Technical expertise were clearly evident in the final result. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by Taj Motor. The experience has restored my confidence in the Yezdi service network, and I hope the same level of service quality is maintained in the future. One humble request to Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles: it would be greatly appreciated if a dedicated Jawa-Yezdi service center could be established in Udupi. It would be a significant convenience for customers in the region and help strengthen the ownership experience further.
