I left Sonipat on December 23rd, 2023 to Nainital on my Yezdi Adventure. My battery failed near Hapur. Somehow, I managed my battery to reach 14kms shy of Moradabad Jawa/Yezdi showroom and again my battery failed. I was stranded on the highway and that is when I called Rohit from Goyals Autowheels in Moradabad.
He and his colleague came to the spot, towed my bike to the showroom (which is highly commendable) and then checked the bike. This was around 1730 hrs in the evening. On a normal day, they will leave by 1800 hrs. Rohit and his team of two, they checked the battery first, looked for the root cause of the issue by checking one part after the other. They checked the fuse, alternator, charger etc., and finally after two hours, they found the magnetic coil that charges the battery had been burnt and finally replaced it with a new one.
Finally, they made the bike all right and helped me with a couple of small settings on my bike.
I THANK ROHIT KUMAR AND HIS TEAM PROFUSELY. I was embarking on a 15 day road trip and this happened on the very first afternoon, it could have been a disaster if not for Rohit and Team. They did an amazing job. I cannot thank enough. Their help was fantastic and it is so timely. Rohit and his team saved my day and my entire trip + they did the job with utmost care and without any frustration too. They were fantastic. Thanks Rohit Kumar, so much.
