I'd like to share my wonderful experience with with all Phoenix Mobikes the potential customers looking to buy a Jawa bike. Besides the product being amazing, my initial and ongoing experience with Phoenix Mobikes has been very pleasant. Mrs Dilsha, the showroom rep has been really humble and supportive in helping me choose the right product for me (Jawa 42) by promptly making test rides and discussions available, for any model I had desired to test and know more about. Starting from the Mr Prince , who attended me was very kind and helpful, took the effort to clarify each and every doubts I asked. Mr Prince had waited at the showroom , beyond his working hours to arrange the adventure test drive for me. He had also arranged for delivery during my preferred date and time, making my experience very rewarding. Mr. Ajay , the service Exicutive is also a great customer rep, besides being an expert technician. All other workshop and showroom personnel are also very humble and supportive.
I'd highly recommend Phoenix Mobikes showroom for your next Jawa purchase.
