I had an amazing experience at the Yezdi showroom in Marathahalli. The team is very informative and extremely helpful. I had a delightful experience, especially with the manager, Mohan. He is very humble and has a genuinely helpful nature. His way of explaining things and communication skills are excellent. The staff’s response and support were also very good. Additionally, the servicing experience is excellent. If you are planning to buy a bike, especially the Jawa 42, I highly recommend visiting the Marathahalli Jawa/Yezdi showroom and connecting with Mohan.

No complaints on the sales staff. They were polite throughout but still I have few complaints due to which I am giving 3 star. It could have been 5 but honestly some points have disappointed me a lot 👉
1. I purchased yezdi roadster few months back. Had a big plan of me and my friend getting bike delivered together all my friends coming and all but it didn't happen as the planned delivery date and actual delivery date had huge difference. I had to wait 1 week extra to get my bike delivered at first place.
2. Basic accessories like engine gaurd and headlamp grill backrest etc we asked for that we repeatedly told them we need them they said while purchasing that there is stock issue and they will make sure to give all accessories by 1st service but it had been more than that and still no update I keep on asking them and same response always. "We have ordered but no update on delivery"
3. I had to visit the showroom repeatedly for simple accessories fitting. Which could have been a great experience turned out to be hectic. Getting time out from busy office schedule to visiting the showroom repeatedly in traffic.
4. The service: Simple a number plate. They were not able to fix properly. It fell apart the next day. I went I asked them to fix again. The same thing happened I had to fix it outside and now its good.
5. The service staff: Some were very rude. Simple thing if you give your hard earned bike for repair you want to see your bike whats happening. They didnt let us see, company policy it seems. They could have told us politly as well but they decided to shout and fight with us.
6. Confused staff with no coordination.
Some will say accessories stock is available. Some will say not available.
Some will say you have to wait up in the showroom some will say you can go down to service center and wait there. Its really frustrating.
You can build great machine no doubt but if your aftersales service is not good and if you are not able to fulfill your customers expectations sorry but thats not a good sign. I request you with whole heart, I love your machines please improve the customer service. I would love to be your future customer again.

It was an amazing experience with YEZDI showroom in Marathahalli. They are very informative and very helpful.
