Overall, the service was excellent. The service team followed up on every detail and made sure each issue I mentioned was properly checked. Before starting the work, they took the bike for a test ride to understand the problems firsthand, and then worked efficiently based on their observations.
A special mention to Mahesh Kumar, the Service Advisor. He listens to all the problems carefully, understands the concerns properly, and communicates them clearly to the mechanics so that the issues are addressed accordingly. I don’t know the names of the technicians internally, but they are doing a really good job as well.
I have serviced my bike at other branches in Bengaluru, but honestly, none of them come close to the level of service and attention I received at this branch. Really impressed with the professionalism, coordination, and customer care. Highly recommended!
